Op welke manier zorgt u er voor dat doorlooptijden bij het verhelpen van incidenten teruggedrongen worden? Organisaties zien steeds meer in dat zij voordeel kunnen behalen door Lean IT toe te passen binnen de IT leverende afdelingen.
We behandelen de oorsprong en ontwikkeling van de Lean-filosofie; het concept van verspilling, variatie en inflexibiliteit; klantwaarde, Voice of the Customer, CTQ; procesverbetering, Value Stream Mapping; Performance en KPI’s; organisatorische randvoorwaarden voor de invoeren van Lean; Lean-gedrag en -attitude; Betekenis en doel van Visual management en het gebruik van dag- en weekborden.
