Deze opleiding kent 5 modulen. Niet alle modulen hoeven gevolgd te worden als men de kennis al bezit op foundation niveau.
We bekijken divere infrastructuren en met name het beheer hiervan. De gegevensarchitectuur en database infrastructuren komen niet aan bod. De focus ligt op de eindgebruikersorganisatie en de directe beheervormen; functioneelbeheer, applicatiebeheer en technisch beheer.
