Deze short-track kent 4 modulen en 4 tal examens waarbij u de certificaten PRINCE2 foundation verkrijgt naast de 3 I-Tracks certificaten. Deze geven recht op het certificaat Short Track Projectmanagement.
Voor de projectleider die communiceert met de klant en projectmedewerkers is er een extra communicatiedeel & sociale vaardigheden deel (PCA module).
